Permanent Archiving of Items

To ensure that published items are permanently preserved, we are the process of archiving a pdf version of these on CERN’s Zenodo preprint archive (Zenodotus was the first librarian of the ancient library at Alexandria, and the first recorded person to use meta-data about items).

This will not capture any subsequent comments; it will be a static version for the record.

It will also have the advantage of providing a DOI for posts (which you can add to the reference if you like), but one that sends people to the static pdf version. We are currently investigating ways of issuing DOIs for the versions on the website.

These archived versions of contributions are at (or will be at):

Note that the License under which contributions are published (see the page on Copyright and Reuse of Content) allows anyone, including the authors, to archive contributions elsewhere.
